The bungalow itself is pleasant, but the resort turned out to be in Pranburi instead of the Sam Roi Et shown on the map; the address was incorrect. I had to drive 15 km north to finally get there, and it seems the owner is aware of the mistake. I chose this place for its supposed location, yet I was thoroughly let down.

The resort actually has a different site listed on its website, and the courteous host helped us find the correct one, which is close to the beach, peaceful, and set in a lovely tropical setting. He was friendly and arranged a modest breakfast even though we were the sole guests. The room, however, is cramped—there's barely enough space to move around the bed. The mattress and pillows are firm, as is common in Thai resorts. The bathroom is tiny, and the shower splashes water everywhere. Overall, it feels more like a 2‑ or 3‑star property than a 4‑star.
