“À éviter”
The location near Saint Mark’s Square was convenient. The room layout was disappointing: no chair, worn furniture, and the parquet was extremely noisy. Sound insulation was almost nonexistent – we felt like we were both on the street and in the neighboring bathroom. In the bathroom, hot water was wildly unstable, sometimes scalding, sometimes freezing, making it impossible to rinse properly after showering, even after we reported it. All of this for nearly 400 € a night, with no breakfast included. A very disappointing experience – we won’t return.
