The lady at the desk is very polite, but maintenance is urgently needed: a fridge in the room and AC are missing; if everything is cheap, the beds feel like sleeping on wood and need to be more comfortable.

The staff were flexible, but the fridge’s freezer section wasn’t insulated, so even at the lowest setting our food froze.

The staff were friendly and direct, yet the luxury was minimal and the comfort was solid. There was no baby cot, which I finally managed to arrange. I ended up using a cushion from the sofa set as a makeshift one. :)
