The attention to detail, the customer service, the cleanliness, the amenities - all absolutely stunning! The staff were gems each and every single one of them. I rave about this place every chance I get and I will absolutely continue to do so. I want to stay longer. Thats it thats the only downside

We had a animal view room which was wonderful, there were two beautiful koalas right out our door! Beautiful views of the city, access to the zoo in opening hours. Breakfast was good, staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy access to ferry services to the city. Room service menu wasn’t the greatest, but other than that nothing to complain about!

Clean and easy access to the zoo. Property was great just the ferry times was not so accommodating for late night travel from city…not the resort issues though
