The room was beautiful, but the window that opens to the outside couldn’t lock because the lock was jammed.
Good price and location, very kind and helpful staff, very comfortable bed. It could've been cleaner and the appliances and fixtures in the room could benefit from an update and better maintenance
Es hat alles funktioniert. Auf Nachfrage bekam ich einen Wasserkocher und einen Putzlappen. Das Waschbecken war mit einer schwarzen Staubschicht überzogen. Ich hab erst mal nach einem Putzlappen gefragt. Es kam eine Frau die sprizte es mit dem Toiletzenschlauch etwas aus. Der Duschvorleger wurde in diesem Jahr bestimmt noch nicht gewaschen. Alles total abgewohnt, sein Geld nicht wert. Das einzige was sauber war, war der Empfang

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was decent, the bed was very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was only marginally clean. It’s close to BigTemple and the Palace. However, you have to get up to ask the reception for silence at 2 am if you want to sleep… that’s not what I expected from a hotel; respecting guests’ sleep is basic.
Großes Bett. Sehr weiches Bett. Frühstück im Bett, ohne Kaffee oder Tee. Dusche hat das Wasser überall hin verspritzt nur nicht auf mich und war zudem nicht warm
