The location was fantastic, really close to the station. The staff were helpful and let us leave our luggage, which was really appreciated! Tea and coffee were in a communal area and had run out, so we didn't have any.

I asked for early bag drop‑off and it was handled smoothly; the station is just a short walk away, and the room was spotless with a comfy bed. However, I was told to arrive an hour before the official check‑in, which I did, only to find I couldn’t get into the building. I tried every way to reach the host but received no response, so I called the local concierge who was helpful and managed to contact the owner. Apparently he had been out of signal range, though he had read my messages. In the end everything worked out, and the place was clean with good air‑conditioning and great value.

The location is fantastic, though the entrance could use better lighting and a clearer sign, which I eventually found. Everything else was fine, making it a perfect stay.

We were looking for a spot close to Pisa Central train station and it was just a 2‑minute walk. The accommodation felt newly renovated with modern facilities, a large comfy bed, good air‑conditioning, and everything spotless. The shower worked great, and the room even had a small fridge.
