The hotel’s location is great, right in the middle of Old Town. Breakfast was really good, and the room’s sound insulation was perfect—when the windows were closed, almost no noise came in even though the rock bar on the side street was loud. Thanks also for the hotel’s willingness to accommodate a reservation change despite the customer service’s indifferent attitude. In the TV listings, a few Turkish channels would be great, but if not, at least a few English alternatives would be good.
