Breakfast was okay with a good selection of food and a comfortable space; I can't recall any negatives—overall an excellent choice of food.

The hotel is neat and tidy, but they do not accept American Express cards and the metro is a bit of a walk.

Juliet’s service was excellent, making the whole stay pleasant and worry‑free; I loved the simple, fresh room layout, all the facilities were complete, the cleanliness was good, and I’m completely satisfied with this five‑star experience – highly recommended!

The room felt cozy, Juliet at the front desk was very gentle, the hotel’s location was extremely convenient, overall it was great; the rooms are spacious, the layout suits me, they’re comfortable and relaxing, and I’ll definitely return – five‑star recommendation, very satisfied 👍
