Every day the rooms were cleaned thoroughly and the service from the very pleasant staff and owner was excellent! We couldn't find any areas for improvement.

Everything was very good and clean, but there was no welcome drink served.

The mattresses were comfortable, the common areas were very pleasant, and the kimonos were very nice. However, communicating with the staff was difficult because their English was low. The breakfast was not very good. The laundry service left a lot to be desired; some items returned with moldy stains. In the bathrooms, pulling the handle caused water to leak through the seams, and some fixtures didn’t work properly. In the rooms, there were insects that the staff did nothing about.

The villa’s setting was very leafy, and the staff were attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, we were a group of 12 and the common area only had a table for 6, which was a shame.

The rooms and pool were great, but it was a bit far from Ubud—30 minutes away.
