The hotel sits next to the IMAX cinema, which was exactly where we wanted to go. Unfortunately, it’s quite run‑down; the maintenance is clearly lacking. We couldn’t shower because the water was freezing. The staff tried to fix it, apologized, and offered a discount, but we still didn’t shower. The beds were old with worn mattresses, there was no mini‑fridge, and it’s far from the city center. The price‑to‑quality ratio is very bad.

It’s close to the airport but far from anything else in the city. The cleanliness is acceptable and the hotel’s look and rooms are pretty. The service is fairly quick. The hotel feels like it’s on the brink of closing: the boiler broke and they didn’t fix it, so the shower was cold. They didn’t offer an alternative or try to resolve it quickly, and it stayed cold until we left. Lunch was served cold and bland, the room smelled damp, and I can’t recommend it.

The location was fine. The facilities, however, were in terrible condition: the beds creaked so loudly that sleeping was impossible, and even after we switched rooms the problem persisted in my daughter’s room. The door locks didn’t work, requiring a technician to dismantle everything so we could get in. On the first day there was no hot water, breakfast was sparse and used leftovers from previous days, the pool water was green and you couldn’t even dip a foot, and the semi‑shaded parking spots were all broken. We’ve stayed there more than ten times and each visit got worse, yet I kept returning for the quiet surroundings. I think this will be my last time.

The décor was impressive, but there was no hot water for the entire stay and the staff didn't help at all.
