I didn’t feel comfortable with the breakfast because I had booked it for free but couldn’t have it; the Indian breakfast staff refused and we were asked to leave because my name wasn’t listed with my room number. The restaurant staff should have verified first and not rushed to refuse, then coordinate with the reservation desk, and have a more refined approach. Our customs differ from the Indian hospitality norms, and I felt insulted even though the breakfast was free.

The cleanliness was mediocre. Staff were slow, the check‑in process was complicated, and the reception staff were sluggish.
