The cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and owners, and their efforts to meet every wish—including breakfast, poolside lounging, the pool, terrace, spaciousness, and parking—were all excellent, but the rooms were noisy so we couldn't sleep in peace because we could hear everything from the other rooms, and the location was hard to reach at night.

The pool area, the woman at the breakfast buffet, the quiet and safe environment, and the good breakfast were all great, but the instant coffee in the room was bad and snacks seemed overpriced.

The estate is beautiful with spacious, very clean rooms and is perfect for anyone looking for a secluded, quiet spot, but the isolation is a drawback since reaching the beaches and nearby towns takes at least 10‑15 minutes; a bike rental would be nice. Breakfast was decent quality, yet for a week we only got the same very limited buffet—two kinds of toast‑required bread, tiny reheated croissants, various cereals, sliced fruit (pineapple, watermelon, kiwi, blueberries), pre‑portioned natural yogurt, plus toppings like avocado, cherry tomatoes, diced tomatoes, ham, salami, cheese slices, honey and two jams, with egg dishes available on request. A bit more variety would have helped. The pool and loungers were nicely set up, though some chairs were broken and could no longer be raised. Food and drinks were sold at the pool via WhatsApp to the owners, but once darkness fell there was no way to enjoy a glass of wine by the pool. In the evenings the “real problem” appeared: guests weren’t allowed to bring their own food or drinks, neither at the pool nor in the rooms. Because breakfast was limited and the pool service stopped at 19:00, there was practically nothing to eat or drink later, leaving only the minibar as an option.
