“Spacious and great family/friends room and amenities”

The family room was super well‑equipped and comfortable, with fantastic amenities and entertainment, and the included ice cream was a hit with the kids. There were no issues with the in‑house services, they were great; the only thing that could improve is that if breakfast was included, the buffet at the partner hotel just down the street was cramped and not the best quality or variety— we might have been fine with the hot dogs and muffins offered in‑house downstairs.

The place was in a very good spot and there was a huge selection of free toiletries (face masks, various shampoos, lotion, etc.). The breakfast was not good.

“Would recommend if you are travelling with kids as it’s a very family-friendly environment.”

The amenities, ice cream, location, and arcade games were all good. There was no dedicated spot for pickup or dropoff for taxis or vans outside the hotel, which was just a very minor inconvenience. It was a little noisy at night, but that’s a trade‑off for the convenient location, and at least they supplied earplugs.

“Great room for a family of four :-)”

The room was spacious, very well equipped, the staff were friendly, and the location was great. The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast, which was served at a hotel across the street; it wasn’t bad, but it was a bit too far from what we are used to.
