“Emplacement idéal, mais déception”
The location in the heart of the medina is ideal. Once inside we hear no noise. The fact that it’s big and each room has a bathroom and a toilet is a plus. The place isn’t well equipped for the number of people it can host: there’s a cruel lack of kitchen utensils (no large enough plates, pots, or pans…) and we all had to wash them. The number of bath towels didn’t match the number of people. For comfort we had to clean the room ourselves on arrival. Damp sheets, leaking walls, peeling paint in some rooms show high humidity in the Riad (even dangerous) and we all got sick (cold, cough, headaches) from this stay (10 people, 2 children under 10). We had been told the place had Wi‑Fi when we booked, but that wasn’t true at arrival due to a contract issue with the concierge. The concierge was friendly, we reported the problems, and a commercial gesture was made.
