“Great location for live music venues”

The spot’s spot‑on if you’re after bars around Soi 94, and the house itself is a two‑storey gem with living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The owner was super reachable and dealt with a shower hiccup right away, fixing it almost instantly. The place is a bit loud because of the nearby music bars, so don’t expect a quiet getaway.

“Really enjoyable, comfortable and great facilities.”

Very centrally located, a short walk to local bars and restarants. Beach was about 2-3km. WiFi and TV were excellent. Cooking facilities were adequate for simple meals. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Washing machine was put to good use. Noise in the mornings from the local dogs and the cleaner in the bar playing music at 7am

A solid long‑term option that works well for people who don’t mind a bit of hassle; I stayed for about a month. I couldn’t find anything negative to mention.

“Great host, great apartment, great location!”

I was really impressed with the host - they were super friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was great too, with a fantastic location that made it easy to get around. It's a shame that the noise from the street was a bit of a problem, but overall I'd definitely stay here again.
