“Tolle Lage mit schöner Spa Anlage, aber das Essen war nicht so gut.”
The Spa Manager was very friendly, the location was great, the breakfast buffet was good, and the reception staff were pleasant. The food, however, was only cafeteria level.
The dinner was decent. Lighting was extremely poor, parts of the place wasn’t clean, the reception staff were unfriendly, and the service staff were not up to a 4‑star hotel.
The hotel’s location was great, a little outside the town but still very quiet. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. A small tip for smokers: smoking is prohibited on the balcony, otherwise a 250€ fine applies.

A very nice room, good location, a lovely wellness area and a very good breakfast. A few staff members could have been friendlier.
