The room was comfy and spotless, and the breakfast hit the spot. The only downsides were that the hotel sits pretty far from the city centre and the staff would play the radio loud enough in the morning that it could be heard right next to my door.

Staff were super attentive and the breakfast was solid, while the hotel’s décor and views made it a nice spot to unwind. The trade‑off is that it’s a bit out of the way from downtown Puerto Natales, so you’ll need a car or be ready to walk.

Everything was clean and the place felt really peaceful, which I appreciated. The only thing missing was any sort of nightstand or a chair in the room, so I had to improvise for my stuff.

The staff were really helpful and even adjusted breakfast times to suit us, plus the on‑site parking was a plus. It’s a quiet spot, though you’ll notice it’s quite a distance from the centre and you’ll want your own transport. One room had a few cleaning slip‑ups and the one next to the kitchen was noisy.
