The accommodation was stunning, spotless, and modern. What truly impressed me was the staff: they were incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to assist. The food was fantastic, whether it was the breakfast buffet or the daytime restaurant meals—especially the Pad Thai, the best I’ve ever had! A huge thank you to the hotel manager for her empathy and willingness to help, and to the bar gentleman who was always smiling and attentive, as well as the chefs for their excellent cuisine. The staff’s presence alone lifted my mood. The only downside was the location; while it’s great for accessibility and the beach, it’s in an area with bars, so the nightlife can be noisy in the evenings. The staff chose a quieter room for me, and I used earplugs for the rest of the stay, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying a wonderful holiday.

I stayed in a very touristy area, and the hotel was clean with very friendly staff. The fitness area was decent, though some machines didn’t work, but extra water was provided in glass bottles, and the hotel offered very little plastic. We booked a family suite on the street side, but directly across was a Hard Rock Bar that was consistently loud until late at night, which was a bit noisy given the touristy surroundings.

The location was good, the staff were courteous, and the breakfast was delicious. The gym had outdated equipment.

There was no breakfast. The only criticism is that the room was very drafty. In the morning it was quite loud at times.
