The room was nice and clean, though I didn't love the location and the building outside needed some work.

The location was fine, but there were no rooms available.

The hotel was very clean, but the toilet was loose; the maintenance fix—just more caulk around the bottom—would have tightened it up, showing poor maintenance skills.
