The place was cheap, the air‑con worked well, the view was decent, and the room was roomy. However, the shower was broken, there was a red (blood?) stain on the couch, and we only received two pillows. When we returned, the room hadn't been cleaned, and we had to ask for water instead of finding it already in the room.

The guards were very welcoming, and only one staff member named Che was truly approachable. The hotel itself is old and poorly maintained, with understaffing evident. The front‑desk staff are the same people who clean the rooms, and the guard doubles as the bellhop. The rooms we were given were dusty and dirty; the bathrooms had mold and cavities, the linens weren't fresh, and we saw baby cockroaches everywhere along with spider webs. It was disappointing.

The staff were not very helpful when it came to refunds or cancellations, and they gave me an insufficient contact number for Red Doorz.

Nothing good; the worst service from the hotel Redoorz and also. Everything could be better, and there were so many cockroaches.

The only good thing was the location. Almost everything else was awful: the room had many small cockroaches crawling onto the beds and table, used dirty linens that still smelled, no water, no utensils, no glasses, a dirty fridge, a defective toilet, just one pillow and untidy bedding, only one staff member on duty, a TV with only one channel, the hotel only accepted cash payments, and no food could be ordered. I can't recommend this hotel because of its very poor service.
