The property was simply not assessable. The streets were closed by construction activity on all 4 sides. The desk clerk explained that the signs should have said closed to thru traffic but instead the signs said closed and were barricaded. We eventually found our way to the property through a grass field through the service entrance. The downtown area was completely deserted at 6 p.m. on a Wednesday evening and there were only two other vehicles on property. It was almost like a sci-fi movie experience. No safe feeling during the 12 hrs. We spent on property. See above

It was close to where I needed to be and everyone was very friendly. Road closures made getting to the hotel a bit of a hassle, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. They should clean rooms and showers better and occasionally deep‑clean baseboards and the like. The beds felt as hard as a rock and I could feel the springs, yet my kids slept well and seemed fine.

The only problem was the road closure, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault. We arrived late and left early. The water pressure was great for a hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again when visiting family. Thank you.
