Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
I paid Rs1183.27 for an AC room, yet when I arrived the staff assigned me a cramped room without AC and a very poor‑condition bathroom attached to it. There was no cupboard, no table, and not even a water bottle. Very poor condition.
