I loved the breakfast—it was perfect. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were old and not properly ironed, and the bathtub is old. There weren't enough plugs.

The staff were friendly, but I expected hotel staff to be able to give you information about local tourism.

Cleanliness and quietness were good; we really enjoyed our stay. However, the air conditioning didn't work and we had to call maintenance. The TV remote was broken, water from the shower leaked into the room and we had to call for a mop, and the telephone in the room didn't work. The breakfast buffet even had a hairpiece in it.
