The hotel’s location is very good, strategically placed, but the staff is very limited, room cleaning was inefficient, and the breakfast was abysmal. I didn’t like the breakfast; it was very basic despite the fact that fruit and food in the city are cheap.

Everything. The breakfast was very poor.

Our room was extremely dirty; the floor clearly hadn't been cleaned and there were stray hairs everywhere. When I asked the staff if the room had been cleaned, he said, "Yes, all finished." We then tried to wipe the floor ourselves with a towel, but it turned black, and we were politely reminded to handle the towels more carefully.
