The hotel sits in the centre with free parking, yet one elevator is new and the other is old, and the overall standard feels like the 1990s.

I was in the city centre and the location was great, but the rooms had no hair dryers and the hotel could use a refresh.

The room was spotless and big enough for a short stay, with toiletries, bottled water, and a comfortable feel that shows it’s past its prime; the staff were courteous and professional. However, there was no kettle in the room – you can buy drinks on the ground floor and bring them in, but it’s inconvenient – and there were no blinds or curtains that fully block the windows.
