The place was nice, comfortable, convenient, and the service was great, yet the cleanliness fell short: sheets were only changed every three days, towels daily, but the bathroom never got washed or the rugs vacuumed, making it impossible for allergy sufferers to sleep without dust, outdoor dirt, and general grime accumulating over time.

The hotel was outstanding, the staff wonderful, and the service amazing; we requested a room change and were given one without any hassle. Only once the room wasn’t cleaned properly, which was a bit disappointing.

The location is great, the room is good, and the shower is okay. The staff were excellent, friendly, and responsive. We had a small issue with the TV that they resolved, and they compensated us with one night of free parking, which I didn’t expect but really appreciated. The shower could have better pressure and a handheld wand would be nice, but overall it’s not bad; there’s plenty of space and hot water.

The location is perfect for music lovers, just steps from the symphony hall, opera house, and Herbst Theater, and it’s very quiet. The rooms are spacious enough for one person, but might feel a bit tight for two.

The staff were very friendly, the location was great, and coffee and hot water were available all day. There was a smell in the corridors.
