The agriturismo is gorgeous and in a fantastic spot; from the pool you can see Todi and the valley. Breakfast is served at a nearby bar, La Bella Napoli, which offers great products, but you have to bring your own car.
“GREAT PLACE WITH LOVELY POOL IN THE COUNTRYSIDE OUTSIDE TODI”
The location was stunning, with the pool overlooking the hilltop town of Todi surrounded by sunflower fields; the room itself was a bit dark but had good air conditioning, a decent shower, and crisp linen. Breakfast at a local café in a light industrial estate felt odd at first but turned out to be excellent, with a mix of local workers and agriturismo guests ensuring fresh, tasty food. We couldn’t get an Uber or taxi, but that wasn’t a big deal since the drive to Todi took about five minutes through the countryside. We parked at the car park by the funicular, which took us straight into town. Parking cost a flat rate of 3.50 euros, the funicular was free, and it ran day and night.

The fact that breakfast isn’t offered in a farm‑style setting lowers the overall quality of the stay, and the communication with the host was lacking.

The whole place had a beautiful vibe; it was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and the owners were friendly. We also enjoyed the swimming pool with a stunning view. The only downsides were minor: the air conditioning was old and noisy, and we had to drive 2 km from our accommodation to get breakfast, but we still enjoyed it.
