This is a real gem! Alpenheim family‑owned 4‑star hotel deserves all 5 stars! Everything is designed to give guests maximum comfort at all times. Attention to detail is second to none. The team is very warm, welcoming, professional and caring, always ready to help. The facilities are fantastic, the location is perfect, the food is delicious, and the indoor and outdoor pool and spa plus the comfortable rooms and beautiful views made our visit just perfect. Special thanks to Carol and Juliana who ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. We would love to come back!
