The owner appears friendly, but the property itself was disappointing. The first room I was assigned had a broken toilet with a non‑working flush and fecal residue. After moving to a second room, its toilet was still dirty with many stains that a simple bleach and brush could fix, yet no one seemed to care. The room had a mix of urine and dampness, and the price was far above average; I'd pay at most 90 reais for such conditions. I would have given zero if not for the owner's friendly demeanor.
We liked the location a lot, the host is very friendly too, the accommodation is simple, looks like a little village, I found it charming, just needs better cleaning; when I entered the room there was a strong unpleasant smell, improving the cleaning would make it great.
