“Fair”
A conducive environment, yet the place looks so old and dilapidated from the outside, and the food wasn’t authentic.

The personnel were excellent, very polite and extremely helpful! The rooms were wonderful, even with a terrace, and we felt very secure in this area, which isn’t far from the airport. Best place to stay in Nairobi, especially if you’re heading to safaris. Also great to visit the Blixen museum—just a 25‑minute walk, and they have excellent coffee. I really recommend it, and I’ve been traveling a lot!

I thought this place was a bit pricey, but I guess that's what I expected. The only downside was the kitchen, which closes pretty early.

Attractive rooms, nice landscaping, great swimming pool. Marianne, the receptionist, was pleasant. There must be a management problem as the staff all around seemed glum and dour. The boxed house wine was very expensive for the quality. Could have purchased two bottles for the cost of two glasses. Breakfast was also quite expensive for what we received. I asked for over medium eggs and received two overcooked bricks. When I asked for fresh ones to be cooked properly, again they were hard, and they charged me extra. I had them reduce the bill and take off the coffee charge, which should have been included in the meal cost. No mosquito net was provided but thankfully we travel with one. The place is getting a bit rundown and so are the staff
