A lovely traditional family‑run hotel in a beautiful location. It lacked some modern amenities in the room, but it was very comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was excellent: they ask if you want eggs and cook them on the spot, Greek yogurt with honey and oats, fruit juice, hot brioche, bread with butter and jam, fruit. Each plate comes with vegetables, cured meats and cheeses. Coffee is available from a machine that grinds beans fresh. No complaints.

The staff were very friendly and service‑oriented. Breakfast was superb, everything was there and tasted great, and dinner was just as good. We had a lovely time. Room 43 had two TVs facing different directions and a beautiful view. A kettle in the room would be handy or a way to make coffee before breakfast.
