The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean, yet the bathrooms were old and smelled moldy, the shower on the third floor had no hot water, and the door latch was stuck. Worse, the promised breakfasts never arrived, communication was nonexistent, and the person who sent the room codes via WhatsApp claimed my reply was enough to book breakfast, but there was no phone response in the morning and no one could be reached. If an off‑season hotel can’t manage basic operations, it should either close or change careers.

The hosts were very friendly and human; we arrived late after the hotel had closed, and the lady sent all the instructions via message. However, the bedding was unpleasant, we had a camping bed, and in the other room the bed was too small for two people and the ventilation made a strange noise.

The welcome and Julie’s availability were excellent—attentive and caring. The hotel is very well located, the breakfast was superb, and everything was perfect. Nothing was lacking; everything was flawless.
