The room was clean but it was difficult to stay still. The key lock rooms, no reception! We were also given a different room (gris) than the one booked on Booking. It was located in a desolate neighbourhood. The weather was very bad and water leaked from the door/window. There was no shelter outside, so we stepped into the room soaked. No mat or area to take off wet shoes. No outdoor lighting that turned on upon arrival in the dark. Inside was damp and cold. The heater could not be turned on. The AC heater also wouldn’t work, max 10 °C. The toilet kept running and every three minutes you heard it refilling. The bed had dirty head. A small bed for two people 145 cm, never experienced that. 😢 Another blanket from my grandmother’s era, no down blankets. The sink drained very poorly. A dirty corner in the room. Parking is close by. The breakfast was fine and complete the first morning; the second morning we were told there was no space to eat and we had to wait fifteen minutes. Outside was not possible at 11 °C. 10 min from the centre, 👍 In summer it will be more charming, but not recommended off‑season. Day two: the heater was on, but the room was not prepared. We made a big trip with many hotels, every room was neatly prepared. Always in the 90/125 € range. We know that the bathroom in the south of France is almost everywhere in poorer condition compared to other holiday regions in Europe. Not recommended!!! The ladies on site were clearly not the owners. Absolutely not professional.

A very pretty Provencal mas with a lot of charm. The bedding is good quality. The lack of soundproofing in the rooms.
