We loved the place: excellent location, great service, spotless cleanliness, and top‑class facilities, but there was no body soap available.

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean and pleasant, but there was no elevator—though that didn't bother me day‑to‑day, it did make moving luggage a hassle. The shower water pressure was very weak, early‑morning furniture rearranging in other rooms made noise, and the taxi service was unfamiliar with the hotel’s location, causing detours on every trip.

I absolutely loved this hotel - the reception was warm and welcoming, and Daniela gave me some fantastic tips. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the view from the top terrace is stunning. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay.
