“Чудовий отель”
The hotel is fantastic – the spa, restaurant and staff all impressed me, and the view‑room we booked was a real treat worth the extra cost. The only snag was the shuttle schedule; when it wasn’t running you’re basically stuck unless you grab a taxi.
The wellness centre was excellent, the food was top‑notch and the staff were friendly. Breakfast got noisy though – a large English group made the dining room pretty loud.

The facilities and location are lovely, making it easy to get around, but the transfers to the ski lifts were a hassle.
Really nice spot with a solid spa and a well‑equipped gym. The half‑board offering, however, left a bit to be desired and could be more appealing.
The hotel itself is fine, but the pool water stays chilly, which makes it hard for small children to enjoy.
