The staff were pretty customer‑friendly and took feedback seriously, plus the quirky bike‑wash and quick‑dry towel station were a fun touch. The spa was massive and the gym was solid, and the location with a view of the Zugspitze was unbeatable. A few staff members were a bit off, the saunas lacked steam sessions, and the food was decent but nothing memorable – sometimes less is more.

The 007 suite was amazing – the views were the best and the fireplace added a cozy vibe.

Absolutely fantastic – the suite was gorgeous with every luxury imaginable and a comfy bed. The mountain view was breathtaking and there was plenty of space, plus an infrared cabin, private garage, and direct access to the 007 suite. We had a relaxing stay, the food was delicious, the wellness area was beautiful, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The location and view are amazing, and the fitness room is top‑notch. The spa, pools, and quiet zone are unique, and having a hotel guide for bike tours is a bonus – Bernhard is fantastic, turning simple rides into a complete package. Food could use a bit of polish; breakfast, lunch, and cake are okay, but dinner deserves a star for taste and temperature. The value doesn’t quite match the price, but that won’t stop us from coming back.
