The room was beautiful, with air‑conditioning and a little garden. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the reading lights next to the bed. The owner was very helpful. Highly recommended. The price is a bit high, but I guess it matches Olbia’s rates.

We had a fantastic stay in Olbia! The property is in a great spot, almost right in the city centre. The room was very spacious, clean, and had a nice terrace. We really liked the coffee machine and the breakfast kit the hotel offered (coffee, tea, croissants, Nutella, toast, and cookies). A special thanks to the owner, who was extremely kind and helpful, and to the cleaning lady, who was very courteous. Recommended.

The location was great, within walking distance of the town. We got free water and juice in the fridge, plus snacks on the table. It wasn’t clean in every corner, and it smelled a bit like smoke.

We arrived after the official check‑in time, but the staff were very friendly and offered us key‑drop options. We even managed to book an extra night on the spot without any hassle. It’s a nice, affordable choice for arriving in Sardinia. The hotel is straightforward and delivers exactly what it advertises.

The housekeeper was genuinely kind, welcoming and helpful, and she was the only person who made us feel truly welcome during our stay. The management, however, was extremely disappointing: the owner was only present for check‑in, key handover, and payment, then showed very little interest in guests afterward. Most importantly, after I accidentally left my Nintendo 3DS in the room, I contacted him repeatedly and received very little assistance in trying to recover it. The complete lack of effort and communication was extremely disappointing and left me with a very negative impression of the establishment.
