It’s a lovely, fun spot right in the middle of Kuta, a little oasis. There’s nothing to complain about.

Overall a decent stay with a few things to improve. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and pleasant. The hotel is well‑situated in the heart of Kuta, so many activities are within walking distance. The outdoor areas are cute and pleasant, and the restaurant lounge is very friendly. However, the facilities, especially the rooms, felt a bit dated. The bathroom definitely needs a refresh, and cleanliness could be better on some details, such as a few stains on the pillowcases. The in‑room supplies were basic—just a few toiletries, towels, and toothbrushes, nothing more. We’d have liked a few extra touches to make the stay more comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre and could also be improved. Despite these issues, the location is excellent and the staff are very friendly.
