Nothing. No breakfast, dirty rooms, and they smelled bad

Price was good. The rooms were out of date; the bathroom had cigarette ash all over the tub and toilet seat and smelled like smoke.

The tenants were good and not shabby at all, and there were no complaints.

It was cheap, but even then I say it wasn't cheap enough; the water pressure in the shower was good, yet the shower itself was disgusting. Bugs were everywhere, holes in the wall, an inch gap under a broken door, and the bathroom looked like a public bathroom that hadn't been cleaned in two months. The bedsheets were stained and dirty, several lamps were broken, and the TV didn't work.
