I stayed at the hotel from 1 to 11 October. The room was huge, breakfasts were superb, the staff were attentive, everything was clean, slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided, as well as a fridge, kettle, and TV. This hotel could easily earn more stars than it currently has! I liked everything.

Everything from the beginning to the end was excellent! The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was pleasant, and everything was well organized. We felt very welcome and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would happily come back again!

The location is great, close to the metro, a big mall and a park, and it’s quiet. The hotel feels like it’s from the USSR: at breakfast they serve Moscow cookies and coffee in packets, something I haven’t seen in a long time. The café staff are cheerful, but they couldn’t tell me the price of champagne and the guys don’t speak Russian or English. Overall, for the price it’s a decent hotel. The cleaning had issues: I never got a towel—sometimes 4, sometimes 2 or 3, or only for feet or hands. Once they even brought a waffle with a hole, and they kept changing it for no reason. In short, the service suffers. They promised cleaning and didn’t do it, even though I was in a neighboring room.
