“Wonderful”
Right in the main area, the large garden cottages are very clean, relaxing, private, and quiet. The air‑con works well, the bed is comfortable with clean sheets, and the staff are fantastic. Everything was at a great price—about ₱1k a night. I stayed twice longer and will book again next visit.

The spot’s great because it’s right by the port and the local attractions, but the aircon never cooled the room and the staff were extremely strict and clueless.
“Very bad, had to move out”
They agreed to refund me for the second night and the building had a free water cooler, but everything else was awful: the room was scorching, the fan didn’t help, the shared bathrooms for men and women were dirty, rusty, and never closed; the doors and old locks looked unsafe, which was why I had to move out. The photos were misleading, the property was poorly maintained, and it shouldn’t be listed.

The hosts were excellent and super helpful, the wifi was good, the beds comfy, a fan was supplied, there was a social area, and it’s close to the port; mopeds were available and I’d stay again. The bathrooms could use some work.
