Location. Rooms very small. No place to sit. Just a desk chair

The ppl upstairs ran and banged into things all night from 3am-7am.yet I was still charged full price for no sleep

The hotel was very good overall, but the bathroom floor had standing water from the shower, and I was given towels to clean it myself; staff were limited.

The new hotel was very clean, with comfortable beds and excellent staff. The only downside was the TV offering: the menu listed channels but not programs, so you had to scan every station to find out what was playing.
