We’re not the type to rave about every detail, yet we felt compelled to write a review for this place. The Penzionek – Café Pawlowitz is absolutely exceptional and a perfect spot for peace and inner calm. The owners are amazing; anyone who hasn’t experienced them can’t even imagine today… their willingness, friendliness, kindness, and smiles in the evening and morning. Their hard work, dedication, sense of beauty, attention to detail, and cleanliness speak for everything. All of this is highlighted by their excellent products from the café – coffee, chocolate, apricot juice, bread with pea spread, sausages, and those yeast‑leavened plum dumplings… everything made from above‑standard regional ingredients with love and a “homemade” touch. Watching the owner “pamper” the coffee while preparing it is an experience in itself, and then that flavor in beautiful porcelain. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the entire pension smells lovely, the mattresses are great, the linens are pleasant, and the courtyard atmosphere for sitting is perfect… there is simply no flaw there. It was our most beautiful and best accommodation ever, and since we never return, we would love to come back.

A very charming place with wonderful hosts. The rooms are spotless and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. On the ground floor is a café where you can enjoy delicious coffee and order breakfast. I recommend the homemade pastries. If you want to make your own breakfast, there’s also the option of choosing a room with a kitchenette. We were satisfied with our stay. It’s a great base for cycling.

The host and hostess are absolutely amazing. Very friendly people. The accommodation is stunning and comfortably furnished. Breakfast can be taken at the attached café and it’s truly delicious!
