The apartment is very well equipped, and there’s a small garden; it’s located on the ground floor of a larger residential complex. My wife found it noisy—better to be there by car, as it takes 20 minutes on foot to reach Arezzo’s city center. The integration into the residential complex makes it somewhat noisy, and there’s no daylight in the kitchen and living room.

Very professional and helpful owner, clean surroundings, and plenty of breakfast options that are never taken for granted. I recommend it for anyone who wants to spend a few days in AREZZO.

The house feels very welcoming, clean, and perfect for a family; it was exactly like our own home. The owner Barbara is kind, helpful, and professional.

I booked three nights and then added two more. Barbara was very friendly and the apartment had all the modern conveniences and stayed cool when it was hot outside. The shower was great but didn’t fit onto the holder – a small point. More 2‑pin to 3‑pin plugs would have been good.

Having an entire apartment to myself was great. The interior was always nice and cool, and it had everything you need to cook. It would have been better with more 2‑pin to 3‑pin adapters.
