Nothing. I booked 14 rooms and when I arrived only 7 were cancelled even though I never cancelled, and the staff behaved in a very unreasonable way.

I tried to check in at 5 pm but the system was down, so I had to find another hotel on my own. The receptionist didn’t say sorry at all. I requested a refund from the booking company.

The air conditioning worked, but the room was dirty, the bathroom was still wet from the previous guest, and it smelled like cigarettes. The reception staff didn’t speak English, were unfriendly, and couldn’t give us information about the ferry to Mentawai; they also had no toilet paper when we arrived early.
