The children’s extra beds were so uncomfortable that the metal springs hit straight through the thin mattress; it was awful. I asked for extra mattresses that should have been there from the start, but they said no one had mentioned it before, which sounds very odd.

The evening staff at the bar were friendly, yet the reception desk was indifferent.
