The location is absolutely fantastic and super convenient. The hosts are wonderful, the amenities are great, and the shower is awesome. The only issue we had was that the bed felt a bit hard.

The area is a bit peripheral, but still decent. The sink for dishes was missing.

We were looking to get a lot done, and the location was spot on in a lovely part of CHCH. The place was spotless. Hannah and Tony were super friendly and helpful. Many people say it's great for couples, and it really is a tidy, welcoming spot. A few people might not mind, and it certainly won’t stop us from coming back, but the wooden venetian blinds let in bright city lights and don’t give much privacy.
