Almost everything was perfect: the decor, the warm and attentive reception, the location right next to the historic center yet still a peaceful haven with a pool surrounded by plants and an easy parking spot. The venue was a renovated old building with lots of charm, an alternative vibe, and great restaurants nearby; the room was spacious, comfortable, and had its own mini terrace (suite). The breakfast area was a bit cramped, but you could move to the garden tables, which were unarranged but easy to access. A suggestion: set up a few tables in the garden or around the pool. The garden and pool tables were not regularly cleared (you’d find tapas served at 13:00 on the tables at 17:00) and on some days empty beer bottles stayed on the poolside all afternoon. Despite the serenity and intimacy of the place, some guests didn’t behave like a boutique hotel would expect; the hotel should do a round sometimes to ensure cleaning.

The place is nice and clean, well‑located, and the breakfast was good, but the air‑conditioning is very weak, the beds are small and not separate, making it less suitable for singles, couples, or older children, and several facilities listed on the booking site are actually missing.

The place had a rustic vibe but still came equipped with modern facilities, and the staff were super friendly and helpful; I’d definitely return next time I’m in Palermo.

A stunning boutique hotel with attentive staff and a lovely pool, located in a pleasant neighborhood filled with excellent restaurants just a 20‑minute walk from the city center; we wished we could have stayed longer because the value for money far surpassed other hotels on the trip, and there were no complaints.
