“Overall it's reasonably good”
The location is convenient. The shower room could be made safer – less slippery.

The reception, cleaning staff, and everyone were smiling and provided wonderful service! When I asked for extra towels, they were set up the next day! I’m grateful for the excellent service. When I washed my hands, there was no towel. I wish there were more spare toilet paper.

The hotel sits right near the city center and a mall is just a walk away; the rooms are roomy and spotless, and everyone from the front desk to housekeeping is super friendly and helpful.
