The service was wonderful, especially the receptionist Agostinha and ASG Gisele, who were very attentive and kind; however, we didn’t get a good welcome from the male front‑desk staff, who seemed dissatisfied.

The space is very good and the room is wonderful, but they don’t allow guests to bring drinks into the resort’s common areas, which is a bit frustrating.

The accommodation is all new and of high quality, but the air conditioner in suite 11 makes a lot of noise; aside from that, it’s perfect.

It was an excellent experience with great value, a beautiful location, and a pleasant atmosphere; the breakfast was marvelous, and the lodge was very affordable—everything was perfect, except the breakfast had too much variety.
